In Patting, nestled in a stunning mountain setting, lies Germany’s first reversible golf course. Relax and unwind on the balcony and enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. This charming 80 m² apartment on the 1st floor has been furnished with great attention to detail. A separate exterior entrance via the balcony ensures privacy. The natural-light-filled bathroom features a walk-in shower and offers every comfort. The master bedroom is well-proportioned and features a 180 x 200 cm bed, while the second bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm bed. The open-concept living area with an integrated kitchen is perfect for cooking and relaxing. Enjoy meals in the dining area and wind down the day on the balcony.
Please note: If the apartment is occupied by 2 people but both bedrooms are used, the rate for 3–4 people applies, i.e., an additional 40 euros per night, payable on site.
The Samerberg is a picturesque mountain plateau in the beautiful Chiemgau region. It is located not far from Lake Chiemsee, right between Munich and Salzburg, where you’ll find a wealth of cultural attractions. Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, thanks to the countless hiking and biking trails, the Samerberg Bike Park, the many lakes, the magnificent golf course, and the cross-country ski trails. The region also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine.
