The beauty of Samaná is its simplicity. An extraordinary place rich in history, traditions, beautiful beaches and natural wonders.
This area is famous for its Whale Watching which occurs between early January and the end of March. During this period, you can watch humpback whales frolicking from the comfort of our balcony.


Samaná is also know for the many beautiful virgin beaches 10 to 30 minutes by boat or car from our villa. The famous Playa Rincon is known as one of the most beautiful beach in the world and is only about 25 minutes from the villa. Also nearby is Playa Fronton and La Playita.

Our guests have access to the Pools, Jacuzzi, Game room, Gym, Restaurant, Bar, Beaches and the entire apartment with the exception of our locked storage closet.

Samaná is one of the most beautiful areas in the Dominican Republic, and our villa is perfectly situated to help you enjoy everything the area has to offer. Located in the XELITE VISTA MARE complex, you'll have access to luxury amenities that will make your stay feel like paradise.

And speaking of paradise, our villa offers a private and peaceful retreat with panoramic ocean views from every room. Plus, you'll have access to not one but TWO stunning infinity pools, a jacuzzi and TWO private beaches that will take your breath away.

With air conditioning, fans, a fully equipped kitchen, shaded parking, and Wi-Fi included, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your stay.

We suggest a car, motorcycle or a sun buggy rental to get around as Samaná has so much to explore.

Attention all guests!

We're thrilled to have you stay with us, but we need to lay down the law. The listing price covers two lucky guests, but if you want to invite your whole crew, it's gonna cost you 10 bucks a head per night. Don't say we didn't warn you!

Now, let's talk about the great outdoors. Our property is nestled in the Caribbean surrounded by nature, so you might come across some critters that are just as excited to meet you as we are! Think of it like camping - you might see a tick, mosquito, or wasp here and there. So, if you're not one for the great outdoors, this might not be the spot for you.

We know life can throw us some curveballs, and if a pesky appliance decides to act up during your stay, we'll do our best to fix it pronto. But let's be real, we're not miracle workers, and sometimes things take longer than we'd like. Please bear with us, and we promise to get everything ship-shape as soon as possible.

Here's the thing, electricity doesn't come cheap in the Dominican Republic. We're all for living the good life and cranking that A/C, but if you go overboard, you'll be hit with an extra fee. The average energy usage is 12Kwh per day, so please be mindful and avoid breaking the bank. Otherwise, we'll be charging you an arm and a leg - or rather, 30 cents per Kwh after your 25Kwh per day consumed. Yikes!

We've got great news - our condominium comes with access to a super cool club house complete with a pool, gym, and restaurant! That's right, you can swim, work out, and chow down all without ever leaving the comfort of our property.

But before you dive in, we want to make one thing clear - the restaurant is not our responsibility. We don't make the food, we don't serve the food, and we don't want to hear about the food in your reviews. It's up to you to decide whether or not to dine there, and we ask that you refrain from including any restaurant-related comments in your feedback.

So go ahead, live it up, and enjoy all the awesome amenities our condo has to offer. And if you do decide to visit the restaurant, don't forget to tip your server - they'll appreciate it, and so will we!

Last but not least, if you're the type to forget your towel or phone charger, we've got you covered - for a price. Missing items like these will be subject to additional charges, so try not to leave anything behind or replace it with ours. We'd hate for you to have to dip into your vacation fund to cover the cost of a lost remote.
