Bathroom was dirty, no enough water pressure, front desk and administrator were unfriendly, no tv, the only exception was the owner, she was very polite but was overruled by Laura Noblon, manager. I booked for 4 nights but I left after the first night and the last comment from managers and front desk was “no return “

I tried to send Expedia two. Complaints notifying you of the problems with the property. I am 73 and because of unsafe, slippery tile in the shower fell and luckily didn’t break anything. I have hematomas on my back and thigh (photos to prove it. Talked to the owner and front desk. They both said a mat would be forthcoming. End result 3 nights with no mat,no hot water and to try to contact you impossible as only poor internet in the lobby. I beg you, please don’t send anyone to that place it’s not safe. I was lucky to come out of there with just deep bruises. My vacation would have been ruined with a broken hip.

The hotel is only meters from the beach, which is quite beautiful. But the hotel needs some work on the rooms. My shower did not drain well. The pool water was opaque. Breakfast was OK and you had a choice of three selections. But having coffee available was problematic. Whenever there was a small container available there was a rush to get some. Biggest problem was check-in when I was given a room without a TV and an air conditioner controller without batteries. Even with new batteries it did not work. Finally after three trips to reception they found me a room with working AC and TV. The buildings themselves are nice but work needs to be done on the rooms. Bonita beach is lovely with a nice walkway in both directions from the hotel.

The location is great and so are the employees. Place could use some updating and the beds were hard. Takes a while to get the hot water going.

Calm, clean hotel with good service

We stayed for a week in January. Nice hotel in a quiet setting, staff were helpful and very reasonable. We could see the owners and staff make an effort to keep the gardens and facilities in good condition. The hotel was undergoing some renovation, which did not affect the quality of our stay.

The property was beautiful! Only thing that I struggled with was communication with the staff. Many didn't understand English, let alone speak it. It was difficult to communicate. I thought a resort would be sure to hire bi-lingual employees. We were int eh off season and only stayed one night, but everything was beautiful. They didn't have extra beach towels for us, which I thought was strange since there were so few people on the property. Other than that, worth the stay and cost.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, The breakfast menu it was very poor with their products but the staff excellent. the property is already old and the pool was dirty. It didn't look like the sanitized at night

We were pretty surprised to see how empty the property was. We arrived at 8 pm and no one was available to check us in, a few minutes after arrival the security officer came by and gave us the key to the room. The next morning we went to breakfast and we were one of two couples having breakfast. The staff present said it was because of low season. The beach was nice but you have to be cautious when walking in because there are rocks in the sand. The property needs a renovation.

This hotel stole my money and forced me to pay double. Proof of paid confirmation was not accepted. I was told by the front person at the desk a refund would be given when they can confirm the pay confirmation from traveling site. Will not use again.

Nice quiet place.

This was my first trip to Las Terrennas. I loved every day of my trip. I wish i could have stayed longer. The staff was awesome, the breakfast could have been better but, I did enjoy it. I didn't know my room wasn't booked for two, so I had to pay again for my boyfiend to stay with me, which was fine. It was very peaceful, it seemed like there were very little people staying there at the time which I sort of liked. My companion and I were able to drive into town several times and I loved all the sites we got to enjoy. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay, I just forgot to take pictures of the place.

This is a great little hotel on one of the best beaches in the world. The hotel is a bit aged but th rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed is hard and the water takes time to get warm. The grounds are nice and the pool is decent. The hotel staff is super nice and helpful . Don't expect anything else here you ate removed from the city and can take 10 mins by car . There is breakfast but mediocre at best th restaurant has good food and reasonable price but lacks atmosphere next to the property is the Atlantis and much better restaurant. The beach is great and also has a long walkway if you want to jog or walk along the beach. For relaxation and just getting away you can't beat it. Good pricing also.

Old hotel in the most beautiful beach

The hotel is located nestled in nice gardens in Playa Bonita, one of the best beaches in the area. Hotel need some renovations but it was a very pleasant stay because the staff is extremely friendly and again the beach is awesome.

Lovely friendly resort

This was a lovely resort with very friendly, helpful staff. The pool is lovely and big - it was nice to be able to do some proper laps, and we could here the ocean from our room. We indulged in the French toast for breakfast- absolutely delicious! There are a good few restaurants nearby so you have some choice in the evening as well

The same breakfast every day, the lady who serve it..is not nice at all. Bathroom toilet wast'n clean, internet wifi just work at the lobby not in the room, beach is beautifull and the restaurants near are good!

definitely making it my go to in Las Terrenas

Love this hotel, is set right in front of the beach, looks nice and clean, my daughter loves the pool and its always clean, garden is nicely maintained, rooms are simple but they have all you may need, staff is super friendly. the Beach is beyond beautiful and all the surroundings are beautiful too. definetly would recommend it.
