The room was modern, well equiped and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The requirement to wear a wristband was a total surprise, strange and a bit demeaning. The drive to get to Samana was sketchy and challenging.

The rooms were clean and I had a great view of the marina - the welcome to the hotel was sweet with some fruit juice and the check in process was easy. The hotel's restaurant was awesome. Breakfast was included and it was a good variety. We varied and ate dinner several times and food was delicious, service was great and welcoming. I enjoyed the terrace pool area and it was spectacular for evening photos Pool depth was perfect at about 4 1/2 -5 ft deepest. It is conveniently located to restaurants and short walk to the shops .Covered Parking was perfect and appreciated and very convenient Only downside for older folks who are not use to streaming TV there was not cable channels . Overall enjoyed our stay- Highly recommend!!

It's a very elegant hotel, I think it's the best in the city. The location and the stunning views from the rooms and the pool are amazing. The service is very friendly and helpful. I intended to stay one night, but ended up staying three nights.
