One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The hotel was clearly not prepared to operate properly. On several days there were major issues, including power outages, no air conditioning (even after electricity was restored), and no internet access. These are basic services and were repeatedly unavailable. There were also frequent shortages of simple items like butter and diet drinks, which reflected poor organization and management. To make things worse, some staff members were not helpful or friendly. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not something I would recommend at all.

The hotel offered a spacious environment with a relatively low number of guests, creating a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere. The amenities were high-end, the buildings were new and luxurious, and the staff were highly professional. All programs and activities were well organized and ran smoothly and on time.

Our stay was truly amazing! The atmosphere at the hotel was wonderful, everything was spotless, and the food was delicious — while the selection wasn’t huge, every dish we tried was excellent. All the staff were outstanding and made our holiday very enjoyable, with one unfortunate exception. On several occasions, the gentleman in the towel hut (wearing a red shirt, name Wilson) was quite rude. We had been staying for 4 days and had never managed to get beach towels, as we usually came to collect them closer to noon. Each time we were told to “come back in 15 minutes,” but the situation never changed. When we asked Wilson to call a manager, he responded impolitely and told us to find one ourselves. We did, and the manager (a very kind lady from the front desk) immediately resolved the issue — it turned out towels were available all along. Apart from this single negative experience with Wilson, every other aspect of our stay was excellent. The hotel itself is fantastic — beautiful rooms, great food, and a lovely overall vibe. This was my first visit to the Dominican Republic, and I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip!

Hotel is far away from Punta Cana and its worth it! Samana has the most beautiful beaches in DR. Hotel was very clean, personal very kind and care! Rooms are spacious and well loaded with beverages of your preference.
