The staff was very nice and helpful, Specially thr bartender (Mauricio) at the lobby bar. He was very knowledgeable of the drinks and recomended a restaurant in the town outside the resort.

All amenities were removed from resort and beach area became public with locals using parasols. No bars at beach area and no animations. Would only go back if resort becomes all inclusive.

It was a total absolute joy. I have stood in results in Punta, Cana and Puerto Placa, all inclusive. I will give that up to stay once again in your hotel. Everything was excellent check-in to check out 100%. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

La experiencia fue muy buena, es el hotel que entiendo que tiene las mejores vistas desde todos los ángulos hacia el mar. Está muy bien ubicado, le faltan algunos detalles que podrían decir como un dejo de cuidado a la infraestructura física. El tema de la media pensión es bueno porque permite libertad de salir del hotel a explorar la provincia, aunque los precios de quedarse son muy buenos. Aunque podrían ofrecer más a quienes paguen el todo incluido.
