The property is well maintained, spacious, and visually consistent with the photos. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Chef Dora prepared outstanding meals, and Melvin was very helpful in coordinating enjoyable local excursions.There were, however, several discrepancies between the listing and our experience. During our stay, multiple bedrooms experienced issues with the air conditioning, and there were recurring power outages that also interrupted the water supply.Upon arrival, we also found that the futons referenced in the listing were no longer available. The onsite staff informed us that they had been removed by the host.Additionally, the listing states that breakfast is "included in the price." In practice, the service includes breakfast preparation only; guests are responsible for purchasing the groceries in advance for the staff to prepare the meal. Clarifying this in the listing would help set accurate expectations for future guests.Overall, the home itself is very nice, and the onsite staff contributed positively to our stay. However, updating the property description to accurately reflect the current amenities and services would provide future guests with a clearer understanding of what to expect.
