Minha experiência foi desagradável, desde o check-in, tive que esperar em torno de 15 minutos para ser atendido na recepção, aguardei outro cliente fazer o check-out, mesmo avisando com antecedência a minha chegada. Durante o período foi razoável, a acomodação é diferente da foto, cria uma expectativa no momento da reserva e frustra quando você abre a porta. É possível escutar os sons e barulhos dos quartos ao lado. Até então estava normal, porém tive que antecipar meu check-out e ir para outra hospedagem, por volta da meia-noite fui acordado com os altos gemidos da mulher que estava no quarto ao lado. Enfim, até devolvi o cartão fidelidade pois não pretendo voltar ao hotel, péssima experiência. Não é um ambiente familiar, procurem outro estabelecimento.
