You need to man the reception

Check in was horrible. The reception was not manned, just a sign to go to the Bistro. Here they were really offended that we dared to bother them, since they were busy. The guy finally agreed to check us in, but couldn´t find our reservation. Then he got really angry and threw a pen on the floor. Yelling that this was not his job! Later in the evening we met him and he didn´t even nod, just hurried past us. The room was OK and the breakfast very good, even though here they were also surprised to see us, we were not on their list.

Hyggeligt hotel i en lille typisk tysk by i Harzen. Søde mennersker på hotellet, meget hjælpsomme. God morgenmad. Dejlige hårde madrasser og gode parkeringsmuligheder. Sjovt at lande lige midt i vinfestivalen 😎

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, was definitiv positiv hervorzuheben ist. Leider war das Comfortzimmer deutlich kleiner als erwartet. Wir sind mit zwei Hunden angereist. Trotz eines Aufpreises von 15 € pro Hund und Nacht gab es keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten für die Vierbeiner, nicht einmal einen Napf oder eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, allerdings würden wir beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Das Hotel hatte das Restaurant nicht geöffnet. Nur das Bistro war auf!! Jedoch war es sehr, sehr laut und nicht geeignet für eine Geburtstagsessen. Schade!! Ich mußte als Gast andere Gäste bitten, sich etwas leiser zu verhalten!! Das war eigentlich die Aufgabe des Hotels und nicht meine!!!!

Sentral beliggenhet; rolig; rent, godt vedlikeholdt; hyggelig personale; personalet kunne vært litt mere present ved frokostbuffet , frokost meget bra og velsmakende. Resepsjon stenger allerede kl.20.00 men velfungerende selv sjekk inn med nøkkelbokser. Mye valuta for pengene.
