The Hameau des Cardenals is celebrating its 25th anniversary. On this occasion, we are giving you a 25% discount on certain rates (excluding Very High Season from 25/07 to 15/08/2026 - the prices concerned are already discounted).<br><br>Stay in a comfortable contemporary house with a complete layout to spend a beautiful holiday enjoying a beautiful view!<br>The shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture with barbecue is not immediately overlooked with the other houses.<br>The Hameau des Cardenals is located in Salviac, between Sarlat and Cahors, in Périgord Quercy, on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments.<br>Located in a rural setting, the place is quiet, relaxing and friendly. Facing south-west, the cottage enjoys a fabulous panoramic view of the Causse de la Bouriane valley, a place of dwarf oaks, chestnut trees and rivers.<br><br>The house is recent, well maintained and restyled in 2021; well insulated, it is very cool in summer.<br>The household appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. <br>The swimming pool, heated to a minimum of 28°, is salt-treated (chlorine-free). It is pleasant and has a tiled beach of 100 m². The whole is fenced by a fence that meets strict AFNOR safety standards.<br><br>We offer the following options as an extra: <br>- Bed linen: 40 euros per stay<br>- towels: 40 euros per stay<br>- Baby kit: 20 € per stay<br>- rental of a Nespresso coffee machine: 10 € per week (bring pods).<br>- End of stay cleaning: 70€<br>- additional cleaning in case of the presence of a pet: 30 € per stay<br><br><br><br>Before your arrival, remember to check with your home insurance that you have the "resort" option in case of damage occurring during your stay.<br><br><br>The centre of the village, 400 m away, has many shops, doctors and local services.<br>In Gourdon (12 km) are the supermarkets.<br>The sights are numerous and beautiful.<br>The most prestigious such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, Domme, Monpazier, Gramat, or St Cirq Lapopie are in the immediate vicinity (between 20 and 50 km).

Belles Vacances !

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans le Lot dans le gîte de Fabrice et Valérie. L'emplacement était au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants et adultes (piscine, terrain de foot, bad, babyfoot, ping pong) Fabrice et Valérie ont été plus qu'accueillant. Le gîte est très bien situé avec superette pas loin, et tout ce qu'il faut autour à visiter et accessible rapidement. Merci !

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Ce hameau de gîte est idéalement situé. Un beau compromis entre far niente et visites. Les villages alentours sont typiques et rustiques. L’accueil des propriétaires est très bon. Ils sont disponibles et partagent de nombreuses informations pour nous aider à découvrir la région. La configuration en village de gîte est idéale pour les enfants. Nous reviendrons.
