Ground-floor apartment in a small residence with ground-floor and first-floor apartments, located in Torre Pali in Marina di Salve, just 140 meters from the nearest beach—which is dog-friendly and features a mix of rocks and sand—with a view of the picturesque “Isola Della Fanciulla,” and about 380 meters from sandy beaches suitable for children.
Access to the residence is possible via two roads; the apartment itself features an outdoor veranda equipped with a table and chairs seating 4, a charming kitchen with a door and screen, 1 kitchenette, 1 sofa bed, and 1 air conditioner. There are two bedrooms, both with mosquito screens—one with a double bed and one with twin beds (as shown in the photos)—both equipped with commercial standing fans (no ceiling fans). There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Out back, there is an outdoor shower, a washing machine, and a barbecue. Free street parking where available.
The center of Torre Pali is about 350 meters away, passing by the picturesque pier, with a variety of shops, including bars, pizzerias, trattorias, etc. Convenient location.
The coastal road connecting Gallipoli to Santa Maria di Leuca is about 500 meters away.
The well-equipped beaches and other renowned public beaches of Torre Pali are about 750 meters away, including Lido Elite, Lido Tropical, and Lido Calòma Beach. The renowned Lido Le MALDIVE Del SALENTO is about 3 km away.
