The staffs were friendly, and the breakfast was not bad. However, my coworker who got a room on the 4th floor had brown, rusty water from the tap and the shower. He went to the lobby and showed videos of the water issue, but the staff he was with didn't really approach to help but just said "Oh". The staff just stood there and didn't try to provide any solution, so my coworker asked them to change his room. Then they did change his room but did not transfer the wifi password(it was mix of room# and the guest's name), so my coworker had to go to the lobby once again to request change of the wifi password. The room itself was very old, and my queen bed had its middle part little sunk. Since it was not a major problem, I didn't submit any complaints, but this has to be improved for sure.

We booked a BUSINESS ROOM and we really don’t know what more we got! The shuttle to/from the airport is only 6 times per day each way… Uber is best option for about 20-25 Reis. It is a very noisy hotel as it is located on a main highway with a noisy train every few minutes…. and the windows are very poorly sealed. I did not sleep for 3 days. Make sure you request a room with an odd number away from the highway. Breakfast was very good! Honestly I would not return to this hotel but appreciated the fact that English was spoken by many employees.
