House with 4 bedrooms with 3 suites with air conditioning, playground, 1 km from Busca Vida beach, great natural lighting, box beds, Wi-Fi internet, the house also has dependence for employees. The room is equipped with 01 LED TV, stereo with mp3 input, usb. In addition to having toilet, swimming pool, barbecue and parking for 5 cars. Built on a plot of 1200 m2 almost all lawn and balcony, fruit trees the living room and the kitchen complete with island, stove and refrigerator.
