I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room. I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne. We had a great experience over all.

This hotel is a joke . Worst experience

It’s not 5 star hotel, let’s be realistic more like 2-3 star . Rooms are old and outdated (25 years ago ) , beds are stiff and horrible . No shampoos & continioners, no toiletries. No AC in hotel .. it’s uncomfortable to dine in the restaurants with heat .. food - horrible. Kitchen chefs have no clue what they are doing , they can not even make pica or rice . Restaurants it’s a joke .. same bad quality food , no service no idea what they are doing here . Staff super rude and seems that they don’t want to work. Swimingpool- nobody checks cleanness , or monitor what people are doing there .. people bring food and drinks to the swimingpool - imagine higiene when they get drunk and spill they cocktails and wash theirs hands in the water after food … Room service - doesn’t exist , you might get lucky if they make your bed sometimes and wipe the floor . The only benefit of this hotel is beach and weather. We are not staying again in this hotel ..

This is a very limited resort.. the infrastructure is old, AC did not work as expected, ants in room, worst WIFI ever, dinning is just fine. The pool area is good, but you cannot rely only on that to rate a complete stay experience. The beach is beautiful but unusable as it's part of a natural reserve. No beach bar or infrastructure is allowed, plus water is full of jellyfish so if you go with kids, you wouldn't want that experience (my 3 years old daughter was stung by one). Service and staff deserves it's own paragraph. First of all, the general MOOD going around could be better described as "ANGER". Staff is angry working there (not sure if they are tired of turism or very bad payed). On the other hand, the staff is ONLY prepared for BRAZILIANS.. if you speak spanish, super slow or a mixture between portuguese and spanish (which is sometimes the only alternative) they all respond in a very rude way. They are RUDE to any turist that's not brazilian. JUST FYI Entertainment is good but very local.. even with kids entertainment that is ONLY handled in portuguese. Oh, one more thing. If you go with kids, keep in mind you'll walk long distances.. but not too bad.

Equipe maravilhosa, atenciosa, solicitos, quartos limpos e roupas trocadas todos os dias. Deixam a desejar com a comida. Logo, verifica-se que uma só pessoa exerce várias funções dentro do resort… preocupante isso, pois é notório o desgaste de muitos. Me senti mal com a situação .

Realmente para o preço cobrado não vale a pena. Atendentes mal treinados em sua grande maioria e sem a mais mínima vontade de atender aos hóspedes, se questionados quase sempre falam que não sabem ou fazem uma indicação errada. O quarto por ser premium tinha direito a vários mimos e produtos que não estavam na hora da chegada (só botaram após a minha reclamação) e não é uma caso isolado pois eu aluguei 2 quartos premium e os dois estavam exatamente na mesma condição sem as amenidades. O telefone na recepção premium nunca atendeu em 4 dias e a da recepção normal quase impossível de que alguém atenda, nunca vi isso em um hotel de qualquer categoria. Sendo um hotel orientado a famílias com crianças é imperdoável que a Tv do quarto não funcione, assim como o ar estragado e até o assento do vaso quebrado uma falta total de cuidado e manutenção. O que me leva novamente a falta de pessoal treinado , ou falhas no rh ou falta mesmo de boas remunerações para os empregados sintam a vontade de trabalhar e ajudar os hóspedes. A variedade de bebidas está de acordo ao pago nem mais nem menos dessa vez tinha Heineken e Amstel para todos tanto para clientes premium quanto normal mas na comida não espere muito , não é ruim mas está longe de ser boa. No premium hoje não tinha nem pão e nos dias anteriores percebia-se que o pão não era fresco. Em resumo 3 estrelas é o máximo que merecem e pelo preço cobrado senti que não valeu a pena poderia ter ido num hotel 5* e pago muito menos

Achei que a piscina fecha cedo (18hs) e é única. Poucas opções e atrações na recreação. As bebidas dificilmente estavam geladas porque eram embalagens grandes e o gelo disponível ficava escasso. A praia tem mar mais agitado então não é tão boa para banho. Achei os quartos com decoração antiga e pesada (verde e laranja). Pelo preço é diante dos defeitos acima, não achei que foi um bom custo-benefício.

O hotel é excelente, mas as comidas são repetitivas e não tem comida típica baiana, os sorvetes são de péssima qualidade, sem sabor, só gelo e açúcar, o acarajé que estava sendo servido, estava azedo, a água de coco muito ruim, parecia que era misturada com água. Deveria ser o próprio coco sendo aberto na hora, como é no Japaratinga. Deveria ter picolés de uma marca botar, comyno Japaratinga. A alimentação é muito fraca, sempre a mesma coisa, eu só passei 3 noite e enjoei, imagina passar uma semana com comidas sem qualidade. Não volta mais não
