No 24h reception as advertised. We didn't have the front door key, so we had to phone call someone to open the door or bang the door until heard. Bathroom door doesn't close. The assigned room had the wrong number of beds. We only had breakfast one of the two days because the cook was away due to low demand. There wasn't any water available on breakfast.
