If the service doesn't improve I will change hotel

I usually stay at least 5 days a month at this hotel. I like it mainly because of its location. However, I have noticed that the quality of the service has been declining recurrently. This time, I had the following problems: - The TV remote control did not work - The hair dryer was faulty - Three days without hot water in the shower - Although the room was reserved for 2 people, there was only one set of towels. I always notice that the staff are willing, but not very efficient. The response I received about the problem of the lack of hot water was very vague. Nothing was done to solve this problem. The last few times I stayed at this hotel, I had problems very similar to those I described above. I confess that I am already starting to think about changing to another hotel nearby (Intercity).

É um bom custo benefício. Instalações ok, só tive a infelicidade de ficar em um quarto com divisão de porta interna com outro. Somado a dois casos de hóspedes barulhentos, acabou perturbando um pouco as noites de sono. Sugiro evitar colocar hóspedes nesses tipos de quartos ou até substitutir as portas por parede. A limpeza não estava das melhores. Café da manhã é suficiente, abaixo da média da região.

As atendentes foram simplesmente espetaculares: sempre muito cordiais, simpáticas e solícitas, fazendo com que eu me sentisse muito bem acolhido durante toda a hospedagem. A localização também é excelente. O hotel fica em frente ao Salvador Shopping, próximo à estação de metrô e ao principal centro empresarial e comercial da cidade, o que proporciona grande facilidade de deslocamento para diferentes regiões de Salvador. As instalações atenderam muito bem às minhas necessidades e a experiência geral foi bastante positiva. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar no hotel em uma próxima visita a Salvador.

Não indico ninguém se hospedar nesse estabelecimento!! O único ponto positivo foi a limpeza do quarto, atendimento de recepção péssimo, quando chegamos, ficamos mais de 10 min esperando abrir e no Check out ambos funcionários mal educados! O café da manhã super fraco e inclusive tinha 2 pães de fatia com mofo e precisei ter que avisar a 3 funcionárias para poder ter sido recolhido. Os travesseiros piores da minha vida, nem em pousada de estrada usam travesseiros tão ruins e toalhas tb finas. Inclusive eles ao meio dia e 2 minutos ligaram para o quarto, sendo que tentamos mostrar da nova lei que entrou em vigor em dezembro das 24h, e não quiseram saber pq n tinham recebido essa ordem! Enfim, em resumo, péssimo tudo!
