Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Comerciantes locais falaram que é um prédio novo, 2017, mas a manutenção do prédio o deixa muito a desejar. Chegamos lá e o andar estava tudo sujo, de 18 às 20h ficaram roupas de cama trocadas jogadas no corredor e só foram retiradas depois de relatado, ouvi barulhos no forro do corredor estranhos, colocaram uma toalha suja na pia, pedi para trocarem e falaram que era toalha de piso (mas estava na pia), e falaram que não tinha outra, que deveria solicitar só no dia seguinte e me devolveram a toalha para colocar no chão, e não tinha local para estender a toalha no banheiro. Cartão do quarto descarrega, vc chega e não consegue entrar, tem que voltar na recepção e pedir para carregarem. Café da manhã o pão era dormido e os ovos tinham cascas. As fotos não condizem com o que encontramos. Chegamos a cogitar a mudar de hotel, mas como íamos só dormir e uma viagem rápida, 2 dias, resolvemos ficar. Mas com certeza, quando retornar para outras reuniões não irei ficar lá.
