We very much enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues but overall, well worth the value. The staff, especially those who spoke English were very kind and helpful. If lounging by the pool is important to you, please know that the chairs by the pool are dated and in uncomfortable condition. Other than that, a remarkable stay for the cost. The location of the property allowed us easy access to various shopping, food and tourist sites.

This hotel has quality only on its name. Door lock ran out of battery, safe was not working, windows full os paint drops, pool out of service. So many options in Salvador, I would not go back to this Hotel, not even on a paid stay.

A internet é um problema crônico do hotel. Tive que abandonar a minha estadia no meio e me mudar de hotel porque o wi-fi não funcionava. Avisei à recepção, mas, mesmo assim, o problema não foi resolvido. A limpeza do banheiro também estava péssima quando entrei. Havia fezes na lateral do vaso sanitário, que tive que limpar. O blackout do quarto também é pouco efetivo. A localização é boa e os funcionários da recepção são bem gentis.

Esse hotel é maravilhoso me surpreendeu muito! check-in rápido e prático, equipe educada, meu horário de entrada era às 14:00 horas, mesmo assim eles me deixaram entrar às 11:45 sem custos adicionais. Quarto extremamente limpo e cheiroso, café da manhã completo e bem saudável. A estrutura do hotel é muito bem conservada, a acústica do quarto e a cama são perfeitas.

Gostei muito do hotel, a segunda vez que me hospedo, a única coisa que não gostei foi em relação ao cheiro do quarto, que estava com muito cheiro de morfo, mesmo mantendo a janela aberta, estava muito forte o cheiro. O quarto estava super limpo mas com essa situação.
