We very much enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues but overall, well worth the value. The staff, especially those who spoke English were very kind and helpful. If lounging by the pool is important to you, please know that the chairs by the pool are dated and in uncomfortable condition. Other than that, a remarkable stay for the cost. The location of the property allowed us easy access to various shopping, food and tourist sites.

This hotel has quality only on its name. Door lock ran out of battery, safe was not working, windows full os paint drops, pool out of service. So many options in Salvador, I would not go back to this Hotel, not even on a paid stay.

Funcionários bem treinados e atendimento rápido. Contudo, o quarto não possuía nenhum tipo de decoração e o local de dormir era escuro, sem lustre, apenas duas pequenas luminárias de cabeceira. Por causa do ar condicionado do andar inferior, o piso do meu quarto sempre está molhado , o q gerava um ambiente com cheiro ruim. O cofre estava quebrado, o q foi consertado. Ralo do box solto. Pintura com marcas de mofo, móveis com marcas de desgaste. O café da manhã é muito bom. O wi-fi do quarto não funcionava e por isso a TV, próxima a cama , não sintonizava nenhum canal. Funcionários do hotel até tentaram consertar o wi-fi , mas não cinseguiram. Só havia dois cabideiros no armário e não havia cobertor. O quarto estava bem limpo. A torneira da pia do banheiro espirrava muita água pra fora da pia. O ar condicionado é muito bom. Aparentemente, foi um hotel muito bom , mas os quartos estão precisando de uma manutenção mais atenta. Tive problema também com a fechadura do quarto, a pilha estava com bateria esgotada. Pessoal da manutenção também consertou prontamente. Porém é ruim ter q acionar a manutenção várias vezes.
