We very much enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues but overall, well worth the value. The staff, especially those who spoke English were very kind and helpful. If lounging by the pool is important to you, please know that the chairs by the pool are dated and in uncomfortable condition. Other than that, a remarkable stay for the cost. The location of the property allowed us easy access to various shopping, food and tourist sites.

This hotel has quality only on its name. Door lock ran out of battery, safe was not working, windows full os paint drops, pool out of service. So many options in Salvador, I would not go back to this Hotel, not even on a paid stay.

Um hotel tradicional, porém precisando de manutenção, nos corredores o papel de parede saindo, aspecto de falta de manutenção. numa das noites tentaram abrir anossa porta do quarto, a recpção cadastrou novo hóspede mesmo o quarto estando ocupado. Reclamei, ficaram de dar um retorno, sair do hotel sem nenhuma justificativa. O café continua muito bom. O hotel precisa de reforma urgente. Foi um encontro , vários hóspedes reclamaram.

O quarto estava diferente do apresentado nas fotos. O hotel informou não ter recebido nossa reserva mesmo ela tendo sido paga antecipadamente e nos fez esperar para fazer o check-in por mais de 1h até resolverem… tive problema com a porta tb. Toda hora precisava acionar a manutenção pq o cartão não funcionava para abrir o quarto
