I love the staff at the hotel, the manager was engaged with patrons and his staff worked hard at ensuring needs were met. I would stay there and recommend. I think the in house breakfast could do with some innovation, especially for vegetarians and others with food sensitivities. Additionally, more staff should at least be able to speak english to non portuguese speakers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Tinha formiga na cama; a recepção fedia fritura da cozinha a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite; a equipe de recepção não era preparada; as frutas do café da manhã tinham gosto de cebola; o café da manhã em si era muito ruim; tinha areia no trilho da sacada que foram informados e seguiu sujo durante toda a estadia; não tinha nenhum serviço no hotel; atendimento péssimo; travesseiros velhos, duros, parecendo um monte de pano junto; tudo comunicado ao gerente e nada foi feito. Esse hotel é no máximo 2 estrelas e. Ao 4 como dizem. O mínimo é ter um reembolso ao menos parcial.
