*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. Reservations for more than 15 nights will incur a water and electricity charge.

***A security deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out;

****All guests must submit their identification documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
