This was a perfect place to stay! It was super clean and conveniently located near the mall. Gui and Renata were fantastic! However, I wish Roberto at the front desk had the same positive attitude and provided better customer service instead of making assumptions about things he was not knowledgeable about.

Não recomendo este hotel. As avaliações que mencionam barulho estão corretíssimas: o hotel é extremamente barulhento! Fiquei no 8º andar e a acústica é péssima. Dá para ouvir absolutamente tudo da rua como se estivesse dentro do quarto. Para qm precisa descansar/estudar, é uma péssima escolha. Os ar-condicionados são muito antigos, fazem um barulho absurdo e quase não gelam, desligavam sozinhos de madrugada, os controles não são originais, mas universais, e vivem desconfigurando. Precisei chamar a manutenção de madrugada por causa disso, e enquanto o técnico estava no meu quarto, dava para ouvir pelo rádio outras reclamações exatamente do mesmo problema em outros quartos. Também havia lâmpadas queimadas no quarto, e a manutenção precisou ir trocar. O quarto é amplo e a varanda deixa o ambiente bem iluminado naturalmente (inclusive escolhi o hotel porque precisava estudar para concurso e queria um quarto claro), mas isso perde o sentido quando parte da iluminação do quarto nem funciona adequadamente. O chuveiro é muito bom, esse foi um dos poucos pontos positivos. A internet também é péssima, especialmente para dispositivos Apple. Para completar, pedi apenas um prato, garfo e faca para conseguir jantar um pedido do iFood. Demoraram tanto para entregar que precisei ligar duas vezes e terminei toda a refeição antes que os utensílios chegassem. SÉRIO, IMPRESSIONANTE A INCOMPETÊNCIA.

Relato uma experiência extremamente frustrante durante nossa estadia neste hotel, especialmente quanto ao atendimento da recepção e à falta de empatia diante de uma necessidade básica envolvendo nossa filha de 1 ano. Ressalto que a estrutura do hotel é boa e que o berço solicitado estava disponível no quarto, demonstrando organização inicial. Entretanto, desde o primeiro contato, a equipe de recepção apresentou postura fria e pouco cordial. A situação mais crítica ocorreu quando precisamos aquecer a alimentação da nossa bebê de 1ano. Ao contatar a recepção, recebemos respostas secas de que “não dava” e “não tinha como”, sem qualquer tentativa de buscar alternativa. Posteriormente, um funcionário informou que o hotel dispunha de micro-ondas, o que nos levou novamente à recepção. Mesmo explicando a situação de forma educada, fomos atendidos sem contato visual e com respostas curtas, encerrando o atendimento sem solução. Diante da falta de apoio, fomos obrigados a ir a um shopping para aquecer a comida da nossa bebê. No café da manhã, a equipe terceirizada explicou que não poderia ajudar por questões sanitárias, destacando que o hotel deveria oferecer suporte aos hóspedes. O sentimento final foi de descaso. Não se tratava de favor, mas de uma necessidade básica, tratada com indiferença. Diante disso, registro que não voltaremos a nos hospedar em hotéis da rede Mercure e espero que este relato contribua para a revisão de protocolos e treinamento da equipe de recepção.
