Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

O Hotel em geral é bom! Funcionários são maravilhosos, prestativos e sempre cordiais e educados. O café da manhã é gostoso mas poderia ser mais diversificados entre os dias. Tive problemas com a TV, o controle não fuincionava, o frigobar congelava e não tinha como girar o termostato, tivemos problemas com o chuveiro pois a água quente não saia assim tomávamos banho em outro quarto pois sempre fomos muito bem acolhidos pela equipe de colaboradores

Infelizmente, essa foi uma das piores experiências em hospedagem, o hotel infelizmente está com suas instalações precárias, precisa de uma reforma urgente, elevadores, quartos, limpeza, cama ruim, cheiro ruim no travesseiro, lençol, quarto cheirando mal. O café da manhã, foi razoável, e o atendimento, não foi ruim.

O preço é justo, mas deixa muito a desejar em quesitos que poderiam ser fácilmente melhorados. O hotel não oferece cobertor nos quartos e quando pedi na recepção não tinha. Também não oferecem toalha de rosto, fazendo com que a gente usasse a de banho para ambos os fins. O hotel em si tem cheiro de mofo. Mas a localização é ótima, e o café da manhã é razoável e pelo preço é justo.

Toda a propriedade se situa em lugar degradado; praia com cracudos e lixo. O café da manhã consegue ser ao memo tempo farto e ruim; tudo tem má qualidade. A única coisa que funciona de fato é o ar condicionado. Os sabonetes são tão fedorentos que fui em busca de comprar por mim mesmo. E economia pareceria fazer sentido, mas nõa faz, fuja.
