Incredible, new apartment with sea view of 50 m² super decorated with a very comfortable sofa bed to watch TV or sleep 2 people, bedroom with Queen bed with workstation and Split air conditioning. Spectacular outdoor area to have that coffee and enjoy the sea view from the 9th floor of the building. Our kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary utensils.

The apartment is located in a new building delivered in December 2021.

It has an incredible view of Barra Beach and is easily accessible.

The space is well-equipped with a 50" Smart LED TV with YouTube and Netflix, Split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, 200 Mbps Wi-Fi Internet, Refrigerator, Blender, Sandwich maker, Grill, Iron and ironing board, Front-loading washing machine.

The apartment has hotel-grade linens and towels.

This apartment has windows in the service area and kitchen, making it much brighter and ventilated.

The guest will have access to the condominium's pool and gym, which are for common use. The gym operates 24 hours. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

To use the barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area, it is necessary to schedule in advance and pay an extra usage fee to the condominium.

The Barra is one of Salvador's iconic landmarks and features the most beautiful urban beaches in the city.

It's a traditional neighborhood in the city, well-known for its carnival, but it has recently been revitalized, with an inviting boardwalk along the waterfront for a leisurely stroll or enjoying numerous bars and restaurants along it.

There is plenty of commerce around the building that facilitates your stay, such as pharmacies, laundries, markets, bakeries, shops, and many options for a quick meal or a leisurely dining experience. One of the city's best malls, Shopping Barra, is a reasonable walking distance away.

The apartment has easy access to the best beaches in the region: in 4 minutes, you reach Barra Beach, and in a 12-minute walk, you'll get to Porto da Barra Beach.

A covered parking space inside the building is included in the accommodation.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
