Piscinas ótimas, comidas e bebidas muito boas mas não excelentes (justificado pelo volume de pessoas) quartos ok (os colchões e travesseiros deixam a desejar) equipe de recreação muito boa, funcionários (principalmente os do restaurante principal) parecem estar sempre de sa…cheio, alguns atendem com má vontade (principalmente os da tapioca salgada) e alguns dos bares (acho compreensível mas não aceitável) a estrutura do hotel é excelente e linda, academia surpreendente. Restaurantes temáticos deixam a desejar pelo que se propõem, é uma boa sacada mas já que se propõem a realizar um jantar típico deveriam fazê-lo com mais refino. No geral 7,5/10 eu voltaria mas com menos expectativas sabendo o que esperar.

Tolles grosses Ressort mit verschiedenen Bereichen (lauter Familienpool, ruhiger Poolbereich). Strandzugang nur beim lauten Poolbereich gut ausgebaut. Zimmer grosszügig, etwas muffig. Licht auf Balkon lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Essensangebot okay. Unterhaltungsprogramm toll.

Limpeza impecável, boa estrutura. O ar acondicionado do quarto só fica a 21 graus. o ventilador é muito fraco. Passamos muito calor a noite. Reclamei na recepção e nada adiantou. A equipe de animação e os fotógrafos do hotel são sensacionais. O restante dos funcionários, recepcionistas, garçons, a baiana do acarajé são mal humorados, não respondem ao bom dia que se faz por educação. Obviamente que são os que tivemos contato. Não tive boas experiências em relação a educação. Varreram meu pé debaixo da mesa do café, pedi um refrigerante várias vezes no restaurante japonês, chegou no fim do jantar, apesar das varias solicitações. O restaurante baiano é sensacional! O pior mesmo acredito que foi o ar condicionado que não esfria o quarto. Impossível dormir no calor. A recepcionista falou que era assim mesmo e que nao podia fazer nada. Se você é um tipo de hóspede que vai para comer, beber e curtir e não se importa com experiência, vale a pena. Minha família valoriza muito educação, relacionamento, além de estrutura e comida. Isso deixou muito a desejar.

Td muito limpo, os restaurantes tematicos muito bons italiano, mediterraneo...comi um polvo maravilhoso...ainda ganhei um vinho d aniversário rsrs e o japonês. Destaque tbe p os funcionários muito prestativos. Sr Gleibis do restaurante n poderia esquecer. Os petiscos da piscina tbe d deixar água na boca...moqueca baiana c vinho branco geladinho....o Thiago do bar da piscina fazia um suco d tomate ....kkkk Ate c chuva no final do dia estava marav A academia completa...profs ótimos. O gil d sppining, Marcelo da musc, lucas e o d luta q esqueci o nome Todos c muita atenção. O resert está muito bom, frequentamos desde 2007 ( inauguração), depois da pandemia demos uma parada. Agora retornamos, mas achamos que teve uma queda na qualidade da alimentação.
