Likes: Lots of space to stretch out. Great value for the money spent. Dislikes: No dehumidifier in room, it stays wet inside. Allowing adults to carry drinks and food into pools. (The pool bar is fine, but when I see a plate of food on the outside of the pool edge and a pina coloda spill into the water by a drunk woman, it made us leave the pool that day.) Please enforce no food and drinks in the pool.

Pior resort que ja me hospedei. Ja começou com demora de mais de 2 horas no check in (prioridade). Tudo confuso e desorganizado. Comida ruim e sem sabor (e muito repetitiva). Nenhuma amenidade ou atendimento fora dos restaurantes. Atrações fracas. Estrutura mal pensada e precária como, por exemplo, Copa Baby. Resort é gigantesco e, mesmo recebendo muitas famílias como bebês, apenas 1 Copa e extremamente mal equipada e desconfortável (ar condicionado ligado a 16C de forma permanente) Praia péssima para banho (mar aberto) e sem nenhum atendimento no local (so cadeiras). O Resort é gigantesco e está bem cuidado no geral (quanto a limpeza e quartos confortaveis). Achei Funcionários esforçados e receptivos mas, definitivamente nao dao conta de atender toda a estrutura. Em suma: ha alguns pontos positivos mas, no geral, péssima experiência. Nao recomendo

É um all inclusive melhor do que os demais da região. A qualidade da comida, inclusive, é melhor. Acho um bom lugar para agregar vários familiares/amigos no mesmo ambiente. Alguns restaurantes deixaram a desejar, principalmente os próximos das piscinas

O quarto é muito espaçoso, limpo e silencioso. Tive dificuldade para regular o ar condicionado, mais gelado do que gostaria. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e educados, porém, tive alguns problemas com falta de informação na recepção e não abastecimento dos itens no frigobar. No meu andar, próximo ao meu quarto, estava sem água potável para encher as garrafas por mais de 1 dia. Não tinham cadeiras/guarda-sóis suficientes para todos os hóspedes.

Fizemos o upgrade para o quarto vista mar e acesso ao beach club exclusivo que foi um diferencial para a estadia. Maior conforto, mais opções de catering e uma piscina exclusiva, além do acesso às áreas úmidas do spa. No geral a equipe foi muito solícita, com algumas exceções de falta de tato ou um treinamento melhor de atendimento ao cliente.
