The resort is not 5 stars. The rooms are nice, the rerritory isspacious, but layout is inconvenient, service is below average, and resort has numerous maintenence issues. The food is inconsistent. Coffee in main breakfast restaurant was terrible, kitchen was often smelling burnt food. Employees are disengaged and dont seem to care about doing a good job. It is definately overpriced. I wouldnt recommend staying there.

The property is beautiful, but the staff will leave you wanting more. This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. There was no urgency or willingness to help. They just show up and do their jobs. Which for some people may be fine, but we are used to extreme levels of hospitality at all inclusive resorts. It all started from check in. We checked in after midnight which meant that the staff member who dropped us at our rooms was giving us a tour of the property in the pitch black. This left us to figure everything out ourselves the next day even though we explained to staff we got in late. Next was the housekeeping. The rooms were muggy and moldy. The bed was made but there was never a clean smell. In fact, it smelled like a dirty mop was being used. Next is concierge. There were instances on property that we discovered had an upcharge. When we asked about these restricted areas, we were only told, this is for prestige members. No one asked us if we wanted to become prestige members. Concierge didn’t make any effort to book reservations or excursions for us. Granted, we did not seek out any excursions, but again, the general lack of urgency from staff was not what we were used to. This is the first all inclusive vacation in my life where I tipped less than $50 the whole trip. Only the nice lady at breakfast went above and beyond. Would not recommend

Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back.

Hotel muito bacana, praia bonita e boas refeições. A piscina infantil é excelente bem como a piscina mais "reservada" para quem não quer barulho e agito. Equipe sempre muito solícita e disponível. Pontos negativos: restaurantes temáticos com poucas vagas, doces e sobremesas lindos porém sem sabor e algumas regras para utilização do espaço para as crianças que não fazem sentido.

A infra estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa. A equipe sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa, porém, entendo que num hotel com esse padrão e com esse preço, falta alguns detalhes que fariam uma diferença positiva em nossas estadias. Falta serviço de praia, até para disponibilizar cadeiras é difícil encontrar alguém para atender. O restaurante principal (Pelô), oferece grande variedade, porém, pratos muito iguais. Não existe um simples filé de frango. E por fim, o que mais pesou para uma avaliação menos positiva, foi a limpeza do quarto e principalmente do banheiro.

Estrutura ótima, quarto e banheiro muito bons e espaçosos. Porém comida ruim, tudo sem graça, sem tempero. As sobremesas lindas, mas todas com o mesmo gosto de nada. Encontramos barata no quarto 3 vezes, além do cheiro de esgoto no banheiro todos os dias, especialmente pela manhã. Gatos por todo hotel, inclusive dentro do restaurante principal. Muito caro pelo o que oferece, não achei que valeu a pena.

O hotel realmente é especial com tudo a vontade, academia excelente, quartos bons mas o que nos deixou chateado foi quando chegamos e deparamos com um problema .. fiz a reserva para uma pessoa e na verdade era o casal .. na hora de entrar no hotel a atendente nos disse .. a moça que nós atendeu muito simpática e atenciosa e viu que realmente erramos .. aí nós passou o valor para a outra pessoa quase igual ao que tinha pago .. muita diferença e absurdo, tentando ali falar com o hotéis.com que imediatamente já entrou em contato mas tb não resolveu sobre o valor .. e a gerente com cara de deboche e fazendo pouco caso do meu problema, ficamos super chateado com a atitude dela de nem querer resolver o nosso problema. Queria cobrar o valor que era muito acima do que pagamos e inclusive mostra só o valor da cotação na época que fechamos no site do hotel .. ( péssima funcionará ) enfim pagamos o que estavam pedindo pq não queríamos estragar nossa viagem Depois pessoal de relações públicas entrou em contato com a gente e pediu para voltar na recepção e deu desconto de 900,00 .. não é muito mas valeu o desconto .. pois pagamos 4700,00 a mais Me senti assaltado .. paguei 4000 a mais da cotação que já tinha com eles na época que fechei .. gostei mas dificilmente voltarei por essa atitude ..
