Full kitchen with stove, two refrigerators, vertical freezer, two electric ovens, microwave, filter, cooking utensils. All ground rooms have two exits. With cafe area, with an espresso machine in the 65m2 lounge. All accessories for a dining table with 10 seats. Gourmet area in front of the beach, with a table with 12 seats.
