Overall the location was perfect , easy access to all good locations parais do Lord ( natural pools) is worth visiting. And the shopping is very closed as well.

Best location you can get, steps from the main street. Modern clean room and excellent shower. Real King size bed which is very rare in Brasil and in particular that area. The pool area is amazing for a hotel of this category. The employees do not seem to be happy though. They look miserable and sometimes seem annoyed with special requests. The speed in replenishing the breakfast items is very annoying. If you arrive around 9am or later be ready to spend 45-60 mins.

Excellent, clean, classic Northeast Brazilian pousada experience. Phenomenal Brazilian daily included breakfast. Onsite restaurant has lots of local options. Pool is cute and very accessible. Staff is lovely, friendly and accommodating. 4-mins walking distance to the Center of Praia do Forte village where all of the charming local artesanal shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques are. Rooms are reasonably appointed and shower water pressure is great, which you don't see at every single hotel in Praia do Forte. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Via do Corais! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly—from the front desk to the maintenance crew and everyone we encountered on the property. Our room was lovely and spotless, with a fresh, pleasant scent after each cleaning. The sheets were crisp and stain-free. The hotel's central location made it easy to access the best restaurants and shopping in the area. The only issue we experienced was with the bathroom's air circulation, which wasn't great and led to a buildup of humidity. Unfortunately, we noticed some mold growing in the shower. Despite this, we look forward to returning in the future!

Great stay , perfect area no noise, everyone was very professional. The restaurant should work on their menu for them to include more options. We order File and fries and got a portion of white rice and had to order some soft beans to go along. Also order some Pescada amarela fish, and found several fishbones in the fillet. That should have been checked by the chef before leaving the kitchen.

Acho que é essencial o hotel providenciar um cartão de abertura de porta por hóspede. Inaceitável apenas um por quarto. As toalhas de praia e piscina deveriam ser, no minimo, duas e não uma por hóspede por dia. Outro detalhe essencial é que o elevador estivesse funcionando.

A equipe parece despreparada, perdida e em sua maioria com má vontade (Cauã pelo contrário super atencioso). O café da manhã deixa a desejar em alguns pontos, como por exemplo café servido frio e demora na reposição. Quanto solicitei troca de toalhas a recepcionista ficou duvidando que elas não tinham sido trocadas durante a minha estadia. E é sempre assim, duvidam do que falamos. Sempre faltava reposição de água mineral no quarto. Para fechar com "chave de ouro" apareceu um rato no quarto de um companheiro de viagem.

O hotel tem mais quartos do que vagas para estacionar. Não te oferecem opção de estacionar em estacionamento próximo, sem custo. Se você parar na rua, tem que pagar zona azul o dia todo. O atendimento do pessoal da recepção foi péssimo nesse sentido. Em nenhum momento nos avisaram quando algum carro saisse da vaga, para nós pararmos na garagem do hotel. Eu tive que ficar de olho todos os dias, até conseguir no final da viagem uma vaga. O café da manhã não tinha muita variedade. Apenas as frutas eram boas. Também não tem elevador para subir com as malas...
