Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pessoal de atendimento agiu da má fé, pois já havia pago a diária para meu esposo, e quando ele chegou no hotel cobraram novamente. Muito triste isso, pois pelo sistema eles sabem o que já está pago ou não, e cobrar outra diária é criminoso!!!
