The apartment has 3 excellent suites, perfect for accommodating 8 people. It is well-ventilated, has a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay and a balcony with a view of the condominium.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$ 700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The suites are arranged as follows:

Suite 1: 1 queen bed, TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.

Suite 2: 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.

Suite 3: 2 single beds, 2 single mattresses, air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.

Note: Suites 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

**To use the condominium's barbecue, a fee must be paid.
