Wonderful house 4 suites, located in Condomínio Água, in Guarajuba. It has 24 hour security, heated swimming pool, barbecue, Ice machine, gourmet area and Wi-Fi, furnished with lockers in every room. It also has a living room and 1 bedroom with TV Cinebox (all channels, movies and series released), gourmet space with barbecue, ice maker and full kitchen.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We have 24-hour Vitalmed pre-hospital care support to make your stay safer;

**We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

***We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the gatehouse/property;

****Use of the condominium's barbecue area is subject to an additional charge, according to the established rules;

***A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out. (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled).

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

- Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 2 single mattresses, split-system air conditioning, dresser, fan, and blackout curtains.

- Suite 2 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, 2 single mattresses, TV, split-system air conditioning, wardrobe, fan, and blackout curtains.

- Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split-system air conditioning, wardrobe, fan, and blackout curtains.

- Suite 4 (upper floor): 3 single beds, TV box, split-system air conditioning, wardrobe, and blackout curtains.

*All bathrooms feature showers with a solar water heating system.
