Pros: Staff was nice Some of the front desk personnel speak English or Spanish Room was clean There is a spa with sauna, steam room and shower Cons: Rooms don’t have a microwave No luggage rack inside the room No drawers to put your clothes away Staff only permits guests with small children to use their microwave There was only one woman making tapiocas and omelets so the wait was long. They didn’t have black pepper anywhere in the dining area. The fruit was fresh but breakfast overall was just okay. I would recommend fiesta Bahia and stay here again

Passamos apenas uma noite no hotel, mas a experiência foi muito positiva. O quarto bem arrumado, roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, além de travesseiros muito confortáveis. O serviço de quarto foi rápido e eficiente. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, com ótimas opções. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a educação e atenção dos funcionários, que foram muito cordiais durante a estadia. Um diferencial muito positivo foi o secador de cabelo profissional no quarto — faz toda a diferença para quem precisa se arrumar com praticidade. De modo geral, as instalações são boas e o hotel oferece uma estadia confortável e agradável.

Hotel em reforma e sem acesso à entrada, hóspedes tendo que sair e entrar no hotel pelo centro de convenções, não existe funcionário algum dando suporte ou passando informações de forma correta. Completamente desorganizado. Quarto com mofos, limpeza inadequada, atendimento grosseiro, cama péssima. Já fiquei hospedada em 2024 e o hotel caiu muito. Infelizmente não tem atenção com os hóspedes, nem parece atendimento de um hotel.
