Great hotel and clean room with good amenities, exactly what we needed for an early flight as it’s a short drive and cheap uber to the airport - we left for the airport at 4am meaning we missed breakfast but they made us up sandwiches and yogurt so we didn’t miss out which was so lovely!!

O hotel é bem simples e antigo. O café da manhã é ruim, tudo com aparência de velho, pedi uma tapioca salgada e o presunto estava rançoso e uma doce na qual usaram coco industrializado (na Bahia comer coco de pacotinho não dá). Não tem elevador. O quarto é bastante simples, mas o banheiro é grande. O ponto mais positivo na nossa opinião foi o recepcionista que nos recebeu de madrugada e foi incrivelmente gentil e solícito. Não consigo me recordar do seu nome, mas realmente é o que mais valeu nessa estadia.

Lamentável o ocorrido. Fui bem recebido para o CHECK-IN, sendo alocado em uma boa suíte, entretanto as 17:30 faltou energia que perdurou a noite toda e um hotel desta categoria não dispõe de gerador próprio. Tive uma noite muito desconfortável. No dia seguinte a situação permanecia a mesma. Café da manhã muito tarde (7:00hs) e de má qualidade, poucas variedades e produtos "velhos". Parte do hotel em obras o que causa desconforto para refeições com acúmulo de poeiras (deveria ser avisado na reserva, pois sou alérgico). Solicitei reembolso ao gerente e o mesmo autorizou e me desloquei para outra propriedade (o reembolso ainda estou discutindo com a HOTEIS.COM.). Cabe ressaltar que os funcionário não têm culpa e são atenciosos, exceto os da cozinha. Péssima experiência!!

O hotel estava construindo uma suíte e o isolamento não era adequado.A área da piscina com resquícios de obra. O quarto só tinha uma tomada para carregador, sendo a outra no banheiro. A abertura da garagem demorou em três ocasiões.
