A super charming and cozy house for invigorating days on one of the best beaches on the Bahian coast, Guarajuba. The beach has the Azul flag certification, guaranteeing convenience and comfort combined with environmental preservation for beachgoers. The house is located in the Paraíso Condominium, 2 minutes from the beach. The condominium has 24-hour security, tennis courts, beach volleyball, a soccer field, and a beautiful boardwalk with a bike path.

The exterior of the house bears the signature of Designer Tessa Tironi, and features elements inspired by the island of Bali. These include a swimming pool made of natural volcanic Hijau stone, as well as Tidelli furniture with a contemporary design in nautical rope. The gourmet area is equipped with a barbecue grill, beer fridge, and Bose sound system with Bluetooth connectivity to ensure moments of enjoyment.
