A localização é um ponto positivo, realmente próxima da Arena Fonte Nova, e o estacionamento atendeu bem. O atendimento dos funcionários também foi bom. Por outro lado, a experiência no quarto deixou a desejar. O chuveiro precisava de reparos, falhava bastante e estava muito entupido, dificultando bastante o banho. A cama também não foi confortável, extremamente mole e afundando muito. A limpeza foi apenas razoável. O café da manhã tinha poucas opções e ainda havia limitação de apenas duas tapiocas por cliente, o que achei desnecessário. No geral, a estadia foi mediana e acredito que o hotel precisa melhorar principalmente a manutenção dos quartos e o conforto das camas.

No quarto, o ar condicionado podia ser um pouco mais potente e alguns interruptores não estavam funcionando. Podia ter luz indireta na cabeceira da cama. A equipe é prestativa. No local do café, seria bom ter ar condicionado. Mobília bem conservada. O chuveiro é excelente! O café é simples mas bem servido. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a minha escolha para uma hospedagem simples.

O hotel tem ótima localização, próximo ao centro e aos principais pontos da cidade. A equipe é atenciosa e cordial em todos os setores. O quarto é compacto, porém confortável e limpo, com cama de bom colchão. Como pontos negativos, há bastante ruído das ruas ao redor, o que pode atrapalhar o descanso, e a cortina não bloqueia totalmente a claridade. O café da manhã é simples, com poucas opções, e poderia ser mais variado. A piscina não cheguei a utilizar, mas conheci o espaço: é pequena e estava limpa.

A estadía foi boa, os recepcionistas sãouito educados e gentis, especialmente o senhor que tem sotaque pernambucano. A localização é um pouco mais longe do tradicional, mas a locomoção foi super tranquila de Uber. Com relação ao café da manhã achei um pouco repetido, os bolos não eram saborosos. Mas os demais itens foram bons. É uma boa relação custo benefício. Eu voltaria.
