Very good location. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. I stayed there 4 nights with my family (2 kids and 2 adults). Everyone was comfortable in the studio. I recommend this hotel for sure!

O hotel fica em frente à um canal, o que me proporcionou uma noite terrivel com cheiro de esgoto que incensava o quarto inteiro, impossibilitando uma boa noite de sono. Demorei muito pra conseguir pegar no sono devido ao mau cheiro. Isolamento acustico pessimo, dando pra ouvir qualquer barulho, conversa, batidas de porta etc. Ar condicionado não gela direito, fiquei morrendo de calor. E o check-in demorou mais de 1 hora devido à fila que se formou pela não agilidade dos recepcionistas, lentos e resolvendo demandas de varias pessoas ao mesmo tempo, não seguindo a ordem de atendimento de cada pessoa. E pra finalizar: Eles têm o maior protocolo pra cadastrar a facial, mas NÃO FUNCIONA nas maquinetas de entrada, onde eles mesmos já deixam os portões das laterais abertos, pois sabem que não funcionam. O café da manhã é ruim, e LOTADO de gente, com poucas mesas, onde tive que ficar em pé esperando alguém desocupar. O famoso: Pagar caro em coisa ruim. Pra nunca mais!

Razoável para quem bica um opção mais em conta.

Não foi uma boa experiência, ao chegar no hotel na tinha um quarto dentro da configuração que reservei disponível. Tivemos que esperar 30 minutos até ter um quarto ajustado. No café da manhã foi muito ruim, as frutas sem sabor e feias, os ovos nem tive coragem de comer e os poucos alimentos que coloquei no prato o sabor não foi bom.

Não coloquei que foi excelente pois fiz a reserva desde o dia 18/08 e quando cheguei na no dia 15/10 na recepção para fazer o check-in, que por sinal cheguei após o horário padrão o quarto ainda não estava liberado! E para que houvesse a liberação, tivemos que esperar mais de 30 minutos. No mais, não tenho do que reclamar
