Via a leafy road you reach the villa which is located on a large horse farm, the stable is empty during the rental period. Good parking facilities on the gravel floor and in the carport. Here you are welcomed by a spacious hall that leads you to the guest toilet, cinema lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower and sauna. In the cinema lounge you sit comfortably with folding armchairs in front of a huge TV with cinema system, several movies are available to watch. Exit to the terrace. If you continue further into the house, you reach two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a separate walk-in closet and one with two sofa beds for four people. Large bathroom with cozy sauna, spacious shower and combined washer / dryer. Upstairs you will find a nice kitchen that is equipped with everything you need and a little more as an espresso machine, ice machine and double sink and access to a lovely balcony with plenty of space for nice dinners. Separate dining room with a fantastic view and a glimpse of Duvnäsviken. Large living room combined with living room that offers generous living areas with large sofa group and sofa bed. From here you reach a balcony which also offers a fantastic view of the area and the sea. Bathroom with shower, toilet and nice details. Comfortable double bedroom, storage and private exit to the same balcony which is accessed via the kitchen. Start the day by going out on the terrace, seeing the soothing nature you are surrounded by and listening to the birds singing! The house stands on a lush plot where children can run around and play, generous patio with several seating areas, barbecue, smoke cabinets and a lovely whirlpool. Here there is as much as you can find, swim in the whirlpool / sea, play fireball in the pasture, take a walk in Nacka Nature Reserve, walk along the water or stroll in central Stockholm only about 15 minutes by car or why not take the train within easy reach. Only two km away you must not miss Olle Nyman's Studios and artists' homes where you can also enjoy a good bite to eat at the restaurant & café Kerstin & Britta. There are several beautiful lakes nearby such as Kranglan, Järlasjön and Långsjön with a fine sandy beach.
