The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENTS complex is one of the most central buildings in Salou, located right on Paseo Marítimo Jaume I, directly opposite Llevant Beach, Salou's main beach. You only have to cross the street to sunbathe. The residential complex has a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers and a children's pool.

The apartment is distributed as follows: living-dining room, terrace with pool views, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.

There is a second bedroom without a window, cabin-style, with a double bed.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Apartamento perfecto para 3 personas

La cercania al paseo y a la playa. La piscina. La variedad y cantidad de menaje. La atención dada por el personal y rapidez en solucionar cualquier problema o demanda realizada las luces de la habitación y el camarote están sincronizadas porque en su momento se ve que era una sola habitación y ahora si tu enciendes o apagas la luz de una de las estancias ocurre lo mismo en el otro cuarto molestando. El aparato del aire acondicionado expulsa el calor en la terraza debido a que esta orientado hacia ella y no hacia afuera de la calle que es lo que debería ser.

Repetiríamos sin duda.

Estaba todo muy limpio, la ubicación perfecta y las piscinas muy grandes y limpias. La hora de salida es a las 10:00h que resulta temprano y la de entrada a las 16:00h que es un poco tarde.
