Logement vieillissant

2e fois dans cet appartement, même constat que l’année dernière au niveau du ménage, voir même pire, propreté des lieux qui laisse à désirer. Climatisation qui peine à fonctionner par rapport à l’année dernière. L’emplacement est tjs parfait pour profiter des quartiers qui bougent à Salou mais bémol pour le reste.

Très bien placé

Bon emplacement pour cet appartement si vous voulez être proche du centre ville de Salou. Avec sa place de parking pas de difficulté à stationner ce qui est très appréciable. Un logement fonctionnel avec une terrasse pour profiter d’un petit extérieur donnant sur la rue. Accès à la piscine ( hélas non chauffée) mais avec des transats ombragés. Un magasin d’alimentation et une boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble ainsi que divers restaurants. Bémol pour le ménage qui laissait à désirer à l’arrivée.
