Capacity: These apartments have a maximum capacity of 6 people. In no case may the maximum capacity established be exceeded. Arrival/Departure: The time of entry to the apartments is from 5:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the property before 10:00 a.m. Seasonal pool open from 8th april to 1st november. The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check in: 1.1 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults up tp 17 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days. Pets are allowed. Admission is on request. Supplements may apply (6 per pet per day). Crib: 6 EUR per baby per night. Reservations from youth groups are accepted. The rules of coexistence must be respected and the neighbours must not be disturbed. Noise: The guest must maintain a respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors at all times, and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions and music moderate so as not to disturb others. All apartments have two bedrooms with two single beds and storage space. Living dining room with sofa bed (two seats), flat screen TV and access to a large furnished terrace. It has a kitchen open to the dining room equipped with sink, ceramic hob, extractor, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and complete kitchenware (crockery and basic kitchen utensils). You will not find consumables in the apartment (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, hygiene and cleaning products, etc.). It has a single complete bathroom with with shower. Included: Linen equipment (sheets, blankets and towels) appropriate to the capacity of the apartment. Ducted hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms. Free Wi Fi internet connection available throughout the establishment. There is no parking on the property. Pets are not allowed.

The reception hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in low season, and open 24 hours a day in high season from June 11th, 2023.
