The indoor pool has a maximum capacity, so the centre may limit the length of stay if this limit is exceeded. To access the gym, it is mandatory to wear sports clothing (entry with flip-flops and without a shirt is prohibited). The padel area is open during the same hours as the gym. Padel courts have a supplement and must be booked in advance.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances.
