Check-in Hours:
Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday with key delivery (express check-in) from 16:00 to 20:00.
Official check-in time is from 16:30 onwards (if another guest checks out that day). In case the apartment is vacant, you can check in from 11:00, depending on availability.
Check-out Hours:No later than 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, with all kitchen items clean and in their place. Guests must take out the garbage (it cannot be left in the apartment).
Community Rules:Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.
Deposit and Taxes:The security deposit will be managed by Apartbeachvia card authorization. The tourist tax will also be managed by Apartbeach(€1 per person per night, only the first 7 nights are charged, applicable to adults) and must be paid on the day of arrival.
