Spanning two floors, it can accommodate up to 4 adults. On the first floor, there is a bright living/dining room with a kitchenette, a hallway, and a half-bath. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a window and a shower.
An electric gate with a remote control provides access to the property, where you can park.
Due to the layout of the house, it is recommended that children be at least 6 years old.
The tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (free for children up to age 13) must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Upon request made well in advance, it is possible to convert a double bedroom into a twin room.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a pro forma rental agreement, which must be returned signed.
