Beautiful house near Arcachon 🌸⛱️

Nice new house of 100 M2 that can accommodate up to 7 people (in this case ask me at the time of booking to install in 1 of the rooms an extra 1 person bed). For your comfort, you will find:
1 master suite (bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room equipped with a toilet
On the opposite side of the suite, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x200 and 1 bed 140x190), a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a separate toilet.
Outside:
You will enjoy a terrace of 80 M2, a swimming pool, and you can eat sheltered from the sun under the bioclimatic pergola of 22 M2.
A small summer kitchen with a plancha. A barbecue is also available.

Welcome to the pretty town of Salles where you can kayak down the Leyre, cycle around the surroundings (cycle paths at the exit of the house), or enjoy the beautiful summer market on Thursday mornings and the many summer activities organised.
Ideally located, only 30 minutes from Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla, 45 minutes from Bordeaux (free motorway)
45 minutes from the surf spots of Biscarrosse and 20 minutes from Lake Sanguinet

Une belle maison parfaitement équipée avec une agréable piscine, très bien située pour rayonner de l’océan et du bassin d’Arcachon à l’intérieur des terres. Par ailleurs, Florence est très sympa, disponible et aidante! Je recommande.

Séjour parfait et dépaysant

Semaine de rêve, dans une maison de rêve. Accueil chaleureux et écoute non stop de Florence. Trés jolie maison, au calme, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Tout confort, literies au top. Équipements +++. Même notre fils (18 ans) a su lever le nez de don écran pour profiter de la piscine 😄. Situation géographique ideale pour rayonner dans la region (bassin d'Arcachon, Bordeaux, Landes etc...) Merci Florence pour votre accueil et de permettre aux vacanciers de pouvoir bénéficier de villa aussi jolie que la vôtre. Je recommanderai sans hésiter autour de moi. A bientôt peut-être. Marie

Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Très bon accueil. Florence est vraiment très sympathique et donne de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. (Dunes du Pilat, Bordeaux, Bassin d’Arcachon etc)Maison moderne bien équipée piscine et jardin magnifiques on s’y sent tout de suite très bien. Nous conseillons vivement ! À refaire
