Welcome to the Gîte de la Fleur, located on the upper floor of the owner's house, with a separate entrance, accessible via an exterior galvanized steel staircase. You have access to a terrace and a private, unfenced plot. Parking is available nearby. A freestanding barbecue is available. The Gîte de la Fleur welcomes you with a beautiful living area: a lounge area with two sofas, a dining room, a kitchen, two small attic bedrooms, each with a 1.40mx1.90m bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Reversible air conditioning is available. In the interest of energy efficiency, we ask for reasonable use. Electricity consumption is included up to a limit of 16 kWh/day. Any excess consumption will be billed based on your meter reading. For your comfort, sheets, towels, and tea towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost. An electric charging station is available (additional charge depending on consumption). A composter is available for processing biowaste.
