Take advantage of the proximity to the sea for days of relaxation or outdoor activities on the beaches of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer or Narbonne-Plage, less than a 15-minute drive away. Just a stone’s throw away, explore the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, a preserved area offering a wide variety of landscapes, nature walks, and opportunities to observe local flora and fauna. To plan your outings, visit the Maison de la Clape in Vinassan, just 6 km away. The village of Salles-d’Aude has all the local shops you need, as well as several welcoming restaurants. Looking for culture and history? Narbonne’s historic center and its famous promenade along the Canal de la Robine are just 15 minutes away. About an hour away, follow in the footsteps of the Cathars with the majestic medieval castles and the must-see city of Carcassonne. The cottage features: On the first floor: - A large garage for one car with a bathroom (shower) for when you return from the beach. On the 1st floor, accessible from the entryway via an interior staircase: - A living-dining room with a sofa and TV, opening onto a large balcony (small electric tabletop grill), - A fully equipped separate kitchen with a dining table. - Separate restroom. On the second floor: - A hallway with a table and board games. - Bedroom 1: 1 bed (140x190 cm) and 1 bed (90x190 cm). - Bedroom 2: one 140x190cm bed. - Bathroom with tub and toilet. Electric heating available at an additional cost; housekeeping is optional. Street parking available for a second car.
