PGJyPg Spacious 120m² villa for 8 people comprising 4 bedrooms with dressing rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 garage for storing bicycles (it is not possible to park a vehicle). PGJyPg Outside, a private 6x3m unheated swimming pool, a barbecue and dining area. PGJyPg Air-conditioned house. Tastefully decorated. No pets allowed. On the first floor: - An entrance hall with storage - A brand new, fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with freezer and water and ice dispenser, 2 coffee makers (filter + Nespresso), kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set. - A spacious, bright living room with TV and air conditioning (reversible).

A bubble cover is provided to maintain a pleasant swimming temperature from the morning onwards. (Out of use from October to the end of March) - A dining area - A shaded charcoal barbecue area - An exterior fence around the entire house for privacy and protection from the wind - A parking space in front of the garage - Possibility to park a car or campervan inside the courtyard - Additional parking spaces available in front of the house. No pets are allowed. Parties are prohibited. We would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down out of respect for the neighbors. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory. Trash must be emptied and dishes washed and put away. Bed linen and towels are included. Beach/pool towels are not provided. Additional charges on site: - Electricity consumption is extra. - A security deposit of €900 is required upon arrival and will be returned on the day of departure. The exterior of the house is still being landscaped; more photos (plants and outdoor furniture) will be posted online soon. Everything will be finished for the rental period starting in April 2025.
