Step into the laundry/mud room, leading to a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a pantry for storage. The formal dining room boasts a hardwood dining table with seating for six. Relax in the living room with designer furniture, including a top-grain leather couch and side chairs. The house features two king bedrooms and a bunk room, all with plush, hotel-quality mattresses, sheets, pillows, and duvets. We use Free & Clear laundry detergent for scent-sensitive guests. The king bedroom at the back connects to a middle room with a desk workspace and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. Enjoy the front porch with comfortable outdoor lounge seating and a bistro table. The backyard offers two outdoor chairs in a fully fenced area.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire bungalow, including three private bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living areas. Step outside to the garden or backyard. A keypad on the back door ensures convenient entry and exit.



The Neighborhood:

The Ellis Street Graded School neighborhood is a diverse, urban historic neighborhood a short walk, bike or drive to downtown and the new Bell Tower Green Park. This is a mixed income, historic neighborhood and as such has foot traffic and diverse neighbors.



Getting Around:

This house has easy access to Hwy 52 & I85. There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walkable to downtown as well.



Other Things to Note:

We have a Smart TV with access to Netflix, your Amazon or Hulu account, and many other apps. We cut the cord on cable, and subscribe to "YouTubeTV" which functions similarly to cable and offers tons of Live or On Demand Options!
