Room wasn’t clean. No soap or towels in the room upon check in. Dirty washcloth in the shower and empty toothpaste package on the counter. Staff was attentive when alerted. No housekeeping provided. Gym was nice and self-serve Starbucks in the lobby was decent.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment.
