The young man at check-in was so well-spoken and made us feel welcome. The 2 young women working the next day answered our questions about various surrounding towns and Salisbury and that was VERY helpful since we're looking to relocate to the area. The women who did breakfast were super nice and made us feel right at home.

From room to staff to amenities was horrible.went in at about 10:30pm waiting for the room to warm up it didn’t at about 12 pm the cold and noise from the heater was unbearable so I went to the from desk room was change to a room 203 which was not better than 205. However at about 9:45 am house keeper was knocking on the door in the to gain access to clean the room during which time in a hurry I left a whole cake which I brought from Jamaica for my husband in the refrigerator I call the the hotel which told me they dispose of my cake. They could be more courteous and informed the front desk to contact me to see if I needed it or I forgot it. The front desk staff Casey is very rude and need to be retrained and reevaluated to deal with customers.I am hoping to be reimbursed for my anniversary cake.

To be completely honest, every single staff member was very kind and accommodating to my family. This was something that really made the chaos of my day feel so easy. I was able to get a wonderful nights rest. The hotel is absolutely clean, there’s coffee all day long, wonderful spaces throughout for guests to enjoy intimate conversations, a great workout facility, a wonderful indoor pool. I have zero complaints about this place. I will come back here every single time without fail
